What we collect

UCPReady.ai is designed to work without accounts or personal information. When you use our scanner or free tools, we collect only what's necessary to provide the service:

• URLs you submit — The store or website URLs you enter for scanning. These are stored alongside scan results so you can view your report.
• IP address — Used solely for rate limiting (to prevent abuse) and not stored long-term or shared.
• Scan results — Scores, grades, and technical findings from your scan are stored in our database.

What we don't collect

• No account registration or login required
• No email addresses (unless you opt in to receive a report)
• No tracking cookies or third-party analytics
• No personal or financial information

How we use your data

Data collected is used exclusively to:

• Generate and display your scan results
• Enforce rate limits to keep the service fair
• Populate the AI-Ready Store Directory (stores scoring 70+ are listed by domain name only)
• Monitor errors and improve the service

Data storage

Scan data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database). We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties except as required to operate the service (Cloudflare for hosting, Resend for optional email delivery, Stripe for optional payments).

Third-party services

• Cloudflare — Hosting and database infrastructure
• Resend — Email delivery (only if you request a report by email)
• Stripe — Payment processing (only for paid features like AI Visibility unlock)
• Perplexity AI — AI visibility scoring (your domain is sent to their API for analysis)

Your rights

You can request deletion of your scan data at any time by contacting us. Since we don't collect personal information, there is typically nothing to delete beyond scan results tied to a URL.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
